Our institution has a presence across the country and through the Scientific Research that is carried out at the Regional Research Offices (CIR) and interdisciplinary training that applies at the National Centers for Disciplinary Investigation (CENID), which covers the different agro ecological regions.

INIFAP has eight Regional Research Centers (CIR'S) and 38 experimental fields all having highly trained researchers in various disciplines, working in their research projects looking for the solutions to problems of the agriculture, livestock and forestry.

Likewise, INIFAP has 5 National Centers for Disciplinary Investigation (CENID'S), which are characterized by a high degree of specialization in a particular discipline. At these centers are concentrated specialized scientific staff at the national level, those who generate knowledge and methodologies tip.

To develop our research projects, INIFAP encourages a continuous update of the task force that makes up our organization. In these centers are concentrated 769 researchers, of which 14% have bachelor´s degree, 51% have master´s degree and 33% have doctorate degree.
